Here is the deal.
I have been collecting emails from subscribers for years and now managed to get a huge list. When I moved host provider, my php mail program no longer works and I can't send it via my ISP for the limit is 400 emails. The list is way larger than that.
I looked for a server with no spam filters yet they all seem to have that these days. Now I can't send any emails using my php mailer and if I do it only sends the first 400 emails and each time I test it on a new server .. my top 400 get pissed for they get the same email everytime.
Any suggestions or experts in this area ?!
