How to stop spams?
Make it so that people have to register to post, and have to enter a registration code to register (prevents bots registering), and make it so you have to activate your registration by email. All these features are in phpBB, but you do not say what forum software you are using.
1) don't allow guest posting
2 use image verifications while signing up
3) confirm user's email address
4) get some mods to prevent spamming
5) warn your forum members of spamming
6) don't hesitate to ban them if theykeep on spamming.........

The program I use is Discuz,I don't know if any of you heard it.

Use Capatcha's to prevent BOTS . If u have users , then see where you can make money with them .
