administrator/modules/ Writeable
administrator/templates/ Writeable
components/ Writeable

mambots/content/ Writeable
mambots/editors/ Writeable
mambots/editors-xtd/ Writeable
mambots/search/ Writeable
mambots/system/ Writeable
media/ Writeable
modules/ Writeable
templates/ Writeable
Cache Directory /home/hammy/domains/encaged.frih.net/public_html/home/cache/ Writeable
Session Directory /tmp/ Unwriteable

Any surgesions? Or any1 know?#

Thanks, Hammy

EDIT: Umm.. Looking at it like that, it looks as if it's in the same folder as the '/home/...' folder above. Which means i cant get to it Sad
Bockman
Dunno what u need the temp folder for, but i never had problems with joomla on frihost. writing to cache is something that i never tried.

I usually do all my CHMOD in joomla explorer (it has the right set of priveleges to use in joomla folders (because of the owner thing)
Hammy
oww right.. dats alright then if i dont need it Smile

How about this?.. should i leave these settings as they are?
or let joomla edit permissions when creating files/folders.

Bockman
I always used server defaults. if something needed changing afterwards, i'd CHMOD it manually.

And most mod's you implement on it have detailed instructions and when some folders have special needs, it's usually referred in the tutorial.

Be Well Cool
Hammy
Alright Wink Thanks!
