My site sometimes shows "page not found" or sometimes it just shows blank. After refresh the page several times it will load the site. The ratio I experience this problem is about 4:1 when 5 is the total times I try to load my site. Why is that ? Can you help me fix this ?

Yeah I did try the search,but didn't find any exact answer that I want.
If the problem is about the server, will they(frihost) fix it? or they just leave it like that?
