Unsure of Afraid.org setup

I want to get a sub-domain from Afraid.org. I have created an account and went to create a sub-domain. I chose "undo.it" to be the TLD and want to get the sub-domain "help" so that I get "www.help.undo.it".

I want this domain to point to "www.linkup.frih.net/sysassist" but the "explanation" link says that for an A-type sub-domain, I need a Hard-Coded IP" for it to point to. I have no clue what that means or what it is for my account.

Please help me!

Its just means the IP doesnt change like normal users' ips do. Servers generally have static IP's. For this you will need to enters frihost's IP (for server 2 - 216.32.85.170) then in Direct admin add your new domain and then create a forward for it.
