Put the videos on seperate pages, and link to them in the main video section. It is going to slow you site down the more videos you get.

You really shouldn't use bitmap images for web graphics. 592.13 kB is massive for a logo
1. When you hover the links they become white!? What is that? Now you see me, now you don't ?
2. The content table could be bigger cause the scrollbar appears like 70 pixels above the end of the table.
