I love that sport, you feel like your free, just running. Whos heard of this sport? It's also known as freerunning.

1. You are wrong, parkour isn`t freeruning...
Parkour = efficiently
Freerunnig = strikingly
2. Yea I`ve heard about this sport about 5 years ago before parkour become popular and commercial. I trained parkour for about 2 years then i started to train freeruning ( I tellin` you again, it`s not the same ). When i trained 3running i was amazed of ppl doing crazy flips etc so i started to train another sport
Called martial arts trickz, it`s acrobarics(tumbling) + kicks.Related topics
