I want to hire a web-site designer that can design some website for me.

If any one interested I will provide him with more details.

I will give FRIH$ to him depending on the work.

The Designer should know

Arrow HTML
Arrow CSS (a must)
Arrow Any grpahic related software like PhotoShop or something like that.

No, this isn't a heavy project, it is just looking like this.

I just want a designer who can design just a basic layout for me.

What exactly do want? Just a layout would involve knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS and a graphics software (photoshop, psp etc). Requiring PHP and JAVA suggests something else though Confused

Basically I want the layout and it should be in php,because php is search engine friendly.

I want the layout like in ur website, Siriusblacks. Wink

I liked ur layout very much, but Luke said he can't do it.
