well, if not all themes are compatible with nuke and platinum at the same time but most modules can be installed on both with just as ease. The first thing is to get the concepts clear between nuke and platinum.
Platinum is nuke with some addon and other popular modules already added on. So some of the database tables are changed and even the modules are modified.
