WTF! A strange database just appeared lol

I had 2 databases, one is for my forums and one is for my portal.
After i've decided to remove the portal i've also removed the database, after i've dropped it via the CPanel I logged into my phpMyAdmin and a database named "test" was there with a table called "news".

I cannot delete the database via the CPanel.

Admin, can you check my account and delete the database?

Just ignore those databases. They aren't yours because your username isn't in front of them and as you said you cannot delete them. They are probably services of cpanel or something like that.
