Using Plugin's for photoshop

This might seem like a stupid question but....

I was wondering how to use the plugins i have downloaded for photoshop cs2.

I downloaded one and then double clicked it and it opened photoshop for me... but i am not sure from there how to use that plugin.

If someone can help me that would be great.

if I m remember, you must put it in a special forlder
something like Progra Files/photoshop/Scripts Photoshop

ok... yeah that makes sense... I will look into that... Thank you.

But from there... it should just show within the toolbar somewhere?

Try putting them in the plugins folder that u will find down the hierarchy in the
program files\adobe\photosopXX\.....

and after you double click on them the plugins should appear in their right place like as filters or brushes etc.

If it is brushes they need not be put in the folder also. Juz say load new brush and you can load it.
