Hey Guys.

I was creating my new website on my Firhost Server.

This was my test server for my new domain *.com* which i was going to purchase as soon as my website was fully functional...

BIG MISTAKE...

Some nasty Search Engine, Which only displays search results which are ads, registered the site.

They must have a Spider for this thing..
Now They are charging THOUSANDS for the Domain Reg...
darn THEM!!!

Try to search some other related keyword for your domain name!

Some sites will look for unregistered domain names which are commonly used by peoples and will register that domains!
And If we need to get that domain name, we need to pay more Crying or Very sad

So sad na!!

Try to search some other domain name related to that!

Two things: First, be VERY careful which tools you use to determine whether or not a domain is available. Pretty much, you should only use a reputable "whois" (e.g. http://www.dnsstuff.com) and not one of the boxes on a registration site that says, "see if it's available." The latter are notorious for snarfing up available domain names if prospective customers don't register the names with them during that visit or very shortly thereafter.

Second, depending upon any other information you may be able to find out (e.g. history, content, traffic, price being asked, etc.) you may be able to file a suit under the anti-cybersquatting law if you consider it to be worth the trouble.
