here are some tips :
NEVER Click your own ads!
DONT DO IT!
Don't change the adsense code!
Don't hire someoe to click your ads!
Don't place ads on prohibited pages! Adult, Racist, Gambling and many more - Read Google's TOS for full list.
Don't use Popup's, Active X Warez or Scripts!
DONT have yahoo ads and google adsense at the same time

Aslo, do not invite or indicate implicitly or explicitly to click on the
adsense codes on your sites.
Get quality contents for visitors and let them click on the related adsense. 
Hey my suggestions to you, if you dont want to get banned is..
1) Dont ever try to click on your own ads by any means, by going to other computers or else by changing your system ip, becoz google can track every detail of the click generated and they will log the system details too, according to some sources..!!
2) Dont ever join any click exchange community, it is the easiest way google can ban you..!!!
3) Keep track of the details of the clicks generated, by using some very good adsense tracking software such as adlogger, becoz it would avoid repeated clicks from the same ip again and again..!!!
4) Avoid your mind from get rich soon policy. becoz this causes you to join any communities and take ideas how to get clicks for your ads..!!
I hope all these suggestions help you..!!

I clicked and banned, is there a solution for this problem.

Oh, and:
• Don't be afraid to email Google and asking them if you think something is/is not allowed. Its better in the long run.

I send emails and ask the Google AdSense Team, but answers of them did not positive . I am sorry. But, i want to accepting of my applications by the Google AdSense again.
