I wish I had that too. 
Wonder where you can buy one from. It would even be cooler if it were actually built into the keyboard itself, above the arrow keys, in the small blank space between them and the Insert/Home/End/Delete/Page keys.

I hate to crash the party like this but isn't a joystick a lot more simple solution? It is a funny idea but in my view it is completely obsolete. With an analog joystick you have much more control and you have multiple buttons you can program to your liking. Still a funny invention though.

Lol.. i found it first page on a google image search for 'Joystick' i think. (i needed one for a sig)
good joystick may be it was early one which was made by some one than start to make commercially , but it looks nice for playing games on pc it is great
