Anybody needs Animated FavIcon with your site address scrolling on that along with your logo?

Im doing it for Free!

I would like to have a simple white/transparent background
that just scrolls 3 words .
ICR - Copy Reviews

I have been trying to make a small pic of the outline of Rodin's statue the thinkers' head and hand profile outline. But so far I just haven't been able to make it work out. So for me, right now just a scrolling text would be great.

These are very cool.
But they seem to only scroll once and then freeze at the pic.
I run firefox 1.5.0.6 on XP pro.
It seems that the only one that continously scrolls for me
is the one with the black background that says Sk8te Ltd .

This is such a small pallet for anything to look right.
I would prefer one that continously scrolls 'Copy Reviews'
and if does freeze up, to just show the 3 letters ICR
or if that is too small to read, then the 2 letters CR
That's what I was visualizing when I requsted 'ICR Copy Reviews'.
That thinker image is too indistinguishable at that resolution.

I'm thinking of this as not just a wow factor thing,
but as a continous subliminal to imprint those two words on visitors.

Maybe it would be better to just use the 2 letter pic of 'CR'
instead of ICR, to help reinforce the two words 'Copy Reviews'.
and to be easier to read.

Yeah that's it, a continously scrolling favicon that says
'CR - Copy Reviews' with a white background.
That way if it does stop scrolling(hopefully not) then it will show the 'CR'.

I have got this to work in FireFox,
but not in IE.

I think IE just wants to see a favicon.ico file in the root directory.

Would these animated gifs need to be coverted into an .ico file to work in IE?

I used gimp2 to save the .gif file as favicon.ico filename,
uploaded that to the directory that has my index.html file in it,
even added <LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="favicon.ico"> into the head section.
And tried a fresh pc that had never been to the site incase it is a cache issue.
And it still hasn't worked for IE.
