I am using Windows 2000 Professional i am using MS office 2003 and some other websoftwares, but my system is hanging always .... can you tell me whats the problem and what can i do for that..........

from what little you've posted, it could be a hardware or a software problem
assuming its a software problem... have u checked for viruses/adware/trojans/etc etc?

53264 KB occupied by the log file.
6105432 KB available on disk.
4096 bytes in each allocation unit.

please help me how to change the bad sectors

i think your system may have odiyan virus... download and scan for odiyan virus, the main process of this virus is rundll.exe and osa.exe. You can temporarily stop this go to task manager and go to processes and endtask the processes osa.exe and Rundll.exe
This will read floppy and CD Drive... and automatically eject Cd Drive, so system may struck.

I feel that the problem is with the harddisk.As in the log there are 80kb in bad sectors.
Scan the hard disk i think the problem may go.

try running a spyware removal software like spyware doctor or ad-aware. make sure you have the latest definition files of the anti-spyware you are using.
