make me animated gifs?????????

ok... i got a video, i would like to make some animated pics for forum avatars from this vid....

i would like as many animated pics as u can get from the vid, the vid is only a couple of minutes... and i know not all of it will be usable... the vid is in mp4 (quicktime) format....

if anyone can do this, i will pay you 20frih$'s

i can take pictures of single frames in the video..is that what u need? then put them in a animated gif correct?
