Make the link color of ads same as text.Remove the background or match it with the theme of ur webpage.Postion the ads properly.Experiment with various sizes.keep trying until u find the right alignment of ur ads in ur webpages.Keep updating the content of ur webpages regularly.

Does your site have a good targeting? I mean does it pull the right visitors who you want them to click the ads. In the other words does your site show ads that relevant?
Maybe get a bit more traffic. Out of those 50 uniques, are much of them viewing more than one page? Are your ads placed right?
make sure that your ads look like part of your site. try to place them in good spots.
