How to design a db for a web2.0 "Tagging" feature?

ammonkc
I'm thinking that a "Tagging" feature like the ones that are so popular with all of the new web 2.0 sites out there would be useful in the app that I'm about to make. But I don't really know how the database schema would be designed to make the "Tagging" feature work right. I know Tags are the new thing right now with web 2.0 apps. I think a tags feature would be a very practical solution for letting users index/catalog content. I know that the db schema would have to be design pretty elegantly to make it work efficiently.
Has anyone done anything like this before? How would the db schema look? I would appreciate any tips or pointing me toward a good tutorial online.
Thanks in advance
