What do you mean by calling it without using the calling functions? That makes no sense... That's like asking if there's a way to get in your car and drive to the store without getting in a car or going anywhere near a store.
i asked my a friend of mine this morning 
he said to me just write down <script>tmt_DivOnTop('page1'); </script>
and it;s worked
