SMF problems.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. So, sorry if this is the wrong place. I recently set up a Simple Machines Forum. I tried to install some packages, but I can't seem to do it. I click "Apply Mod" and then click proceed. Nothing happens. Any ideas?
