I guess they want to make sure as many people get it as possible. I suppose having it available for download just won't get enough people using it. Rolling Eyes

That frightens me a lot, they still havent fixed the problem with the menu bar being hidden by default, and when shown it appears inbetween the address bar (at the top) and the tabs (below) and you cannot move the menu bar to the top unless you edit the registry.

I can post the registry fix here if anyone needs it.

It is pretty much a security upgrade. Considering IE7 has popup blocking and what not.

I think it a good thing considering some people are still using old versions of IE6.

I really hate the phishing filter in IE7. It mistakes some clean websites as phishing website. Overall, it's greater improvement over the buggy IE 6.

I haven't tested yet the IE 7 due to some bug's discoverd by end users. But, now I wanted to use it .. let's see whether it is more effective than 6.
