its not the best... cuz i did a ingame cutout of my char, but should i use this for my sig... or design something else?

You can do some better cutting (erase by hand?).

You can also try some filters, blur tool and blending opetions for better... blending.

BTW, don't put it in the signature area, it's too large according to our rules.
