Can we use Adobe Photoshop7.0 to build Web Pages and to use them as web site.and if yes can anybody tell me the procedure of making hyperlinks in Adobe Photoshop7.0. I will be thankfull to you.
About Photoshop?
Look in the tutorials section there are loads of links to sites with tuts and many have tuts to create web pages.
Hey, I'm not aware that this is possible to make webpages.
But i do know it has a script in to make a 'Gallery' for you. It's pritty basic stuff tho.
I dont have the same version PS as you so try the following locations:
File > Export
File > Scripts
File > Automate > Web Photo Gallery (Mine's in here)

Some of PS's web abilities come from its companion program "Image Ready". Image Ready comes with Photoshop and is where you can slice your pages, create rollovers and hotspots, etc. So as your looking for tutorials, check under Image Ready as well.

You can make parts of a web site, but not a full website. You'll need Studio 8 to do that, or Notepad if you like to waste your time with monotonous coding.
