There are also the top 100 guitar pro tabs at http://911tabs.com/top/guitar_pro_tabs/. I just search google to find my stuff, or mxtabs (untill they closed)

Thanks for the links though guys, i found some stuff there, that i'd been looking for for a while. mxtabs should of stayed open .. i miss them lol
But now i used ultimate guitar and 911tabs. I've never heard of that other one. And i dont know any other decent tb sites. But i'd love it if anyone else did?
I'm also looking for a drummer in the north east england anyone? lol

Tabs are very easy to understand. Find a song you want to play on these tabs sites and if it seems easy enough to play, try it. Its a great way to learn a few songs quickly.Anyone knows of an alternate Guitar Pro tab site. I was using mysongbook but now they closed.
Ultimate Guitar TAbs is the best one left thats open, all the other good ones got closed down

i used 911tabs which will link to all the tabs that can be found in the net.. but usually, it will always link up to ultimate-guitar.com... i wonder why mxtabs closed.. i used to love that tabs site..

Is another good one for some powertabs that didn't get into ultimate-guitar. Many people seem to be saying, and I agree with them, that MXtabs was the best tab site. I have to say its a real shame they closed.
I also use ultimateguitar but only because there aren't any better alternatives.
Mysongbook was one of the greatest tab websites available. For those who still wish to download quality BEFORE they closed down, I bring you good news

That is the archive of MySongBook since Januray 2006, containing their entire database of over 55,000 guitar pro tabs. Enjoy! Wikipedia is starting their own tab site called TabWiki. It's not very good yet, but just about anyone can submit tabs directly onto the site and edit the current tabs. This is great for those perfectionists who tab very meticulously. but why on earth did mxtabs closed down..???!!!
There was a bit of an uproar a while back about tab sites, and how they reproduced material (artists songs) which is against copyright. Ultimate-Guitar is by far the site I use the most now. It has plenty of tabs, and multiple versions of popular songs.
Ultimate Guitar is the best website for guitar tabs of all sorts (normal, power, pro, etc. ) by far
it just cannot be beaten
I use tabit. Love the program, very easy to use, and accurate tabs. Many tab sites have things tabbed wrong, with tabit you can listen to the tabs and see whats wrong ( if it hasnt already been fixed ) and change the mistake to make it sound right.
Mxtabs was certainly the best site with tabs ever. Sadly they were "banned from their function" adn now you can see all the great tabs they had, the only problem it's that you cannot read them, as some text explaining they were closed appears instead. Real sad.
Now i've been just googling to look for tabs as I can't find a real good site. Guess I'll try some of the suggestions above

You will find that they are not closed down.
They probably just had a domain name change or update or something like.
But I agree with everyone who supports Ultimate Guitar.
My music teacher is so pro and he uses it.(he can play almost all instrument FREAKY)

Why did they closed mxtabs? I just visited mxtabs.net and found out that they are not providing tabs right now.
Maybe because their tabs are the works of artists. So, It can't be published to the internet without the artists' perimission. Oh.. too bad.Oh cool, I always liked mxtabs, glad its back!
I use ultimate guitar now, I've never heard of mysongbook, but it seems nice, thanks a lot!
www.tabcrawler.com is a pretty good one, ive been having some trouble with it lately though. maybe its just my computer. Thank you for all this websites, they're very interesting... 
Ultimate Guitar and 911tabs are my favorites. I know that MySongBook is also very good, but I don't have Guitar Pro, so I never use it. However, I've been downloading as many tabs as I possibly can so that I have a good amount before all three of these sites get shut down by the MPA.
yeah i think http://ultimate-guitar.com is the only really good site.. thats just me though thanks a lot guys!! would be very helpful to me as im just getting started on the guitar!
Its so annyoing that Mysongbook doesnt offer gp tabs anymore. They had the most, but at least ultimate guitar still have a few.

The link doesn't work anymore. Can someone put up the file again. I really, really need those tabs. UltimateGuitar is one of the best guitar tab sites out there. They even refused to comply with the cease and desist letter they got from the RIAA or such. Great tabs and a great site, for sure,.
I have gotten to where I try not to use tabs...
Meaning I do some things by ear... If i just have to get a tab
(the song is too hard to do by ear) ... i'll just use yahoo's search engine... i'd say 911tabs and ultimate guitar come up by far the most...
I used use mxtabs.net, relegiously but, that site no longer has tabs

I also have about 6,000 tabs on my desktop that is really awesome the song book pro thing i also downloaded that months ago Anyone look at tabwiki lately? It's growing steadily, and I think it could become a very valuable tab site soon, with it's wiki functions and editing.
Ultimate-Guitar is AMAZING!!! lol Although they don't have everything, you can find what you are looking for if you just google it and you will get it on one website or another.
just always search google for my tabs, and download the most from 911tabs, and learn from the mag total guitar(Y)
