Xp sp2 trail version

i have xp trail version of 180 days, , it will expire in 20 more days approx,
i don't know what will happen when 180 days is finished,
will i never be able to install xp in my pc
or i have to fromat my hard drive,
or i have to format only the xp partition

suggest ,me which is the best backup.

I have never heard of a trial version, but I know if you don't active your computer in 30 days of installing windows xp it will lock up and not let you log in until it has been activated. That is probably what will happen to you. It will lock up and all your data will be lost. So back up now. and buy the full version.

Yes, I never heard of being able to have a trial version of Windows XP. How is it possible to install a trial version o/s? Confused

Anyway, save all your [important] data on a floppy disk, and then once you buy an actual, genuine version of Windows XP (or any operating system you choose. Though Windows XP is really good) upload all your important data back.
