Yeah, I agree the OP needs to be a little more clear. But in regards to Cheeky Angel (Tenshi no Konomaiki) it's actually both a manga series and anime show. Mostly showcasing, once again, Japan's bizarre inclination to strange gender-bending material (a la Ranma 1/2 et al.) It's essentially about a 9-year old boy who saves a magician from getting beaten up, and who then grants him his wish of being the 'Manliest of men', but which is sadly misinterpreted as 'Womanliest of women'. Yeah...
