I frequently keep getting the message while trying to visit my URL:
Connection was refused digital.frih.net
After 3-4 retries it works but visitors to my site are finding it irritating.
Please note that this problem is not always there but during 8-9 minutes browsing i do keep getting it.
Is this some technical nag,can i get this repaired?
