Ripping Streaming Audio

I was wondering if anyone knows of a good program that rips streaming audio. I want to record an online cast, but only at a certain time. This certain time, however, is while I am at work. So I would also need to be able to set-up the program hours in advance. Anybody ?

I use it all the time for doing that, it's rather efficent, just make sure it doesn't peak and your on your way. Very simple for editing and saving (but make sure you have the LAME mp3 encoder for mp3 encoding first! you can get it from www.download.com last time I checked).

You could just make sure it was recording then cut off the beginning bit, that's my advise.

Yeah, audacity is one of the best free audio editing software i found. I love it!
