I don't work with GoLive, but I was trying to learn Freehand, Is this the better way to do vector design? or maybe go to Illustrator instead.
GoLive Freehand, Adobe will halt them
good, they are garbage.
GoLive isn't much better than FrontPage.
What is the point of freehand, is it just a cheap version of Illustrator?

I am not a Designer, I am a coder. but some say that illustrator is very good crashing non high profile PCs. the point is Freehand was a basic tool for simple design. You agree?
Freehand is not a cheap version of Ilustrator. Instead is a must have in graphical designer's world.
You hardly find a professional designer using Illustrator. Most of them use Freehand or Corel Draw.

Well I find the opposite to be true. My sources are my teachers at college and Monster.com. If you do a search for graphic design jobs in most of the major cities in the United States, you will find it to match my statement. Corel Draw is also popular, but we were talking about Freehand and Illustrator.
I also meant to say for the market in my area. Yours may be different.

I agree, the main issue here is compare both softwares in the same area. I insist that the advantage of Illustrator for printed jobs is not what r we asking.
