Well... a bit difficult to explain. Let's begin in this way.
I am from Germany and I had my A- levels a few weeks ago. Now nearly everybody flees in a different direction and so our volume slowly dismember.
For this a friend programmed a small web site in perl that we can keep contacts alive. but the problem is, we all have nearly no money because everything we need for our studies and so on. so we searched for a free hoster with perl support. well... and now i am here
i can understand your concept, that you have to post to get space. it is the right way and i hope the hurdles are not too high
this is the reason of my appearance. in the other thread i will post something about me because this is only the reason but no indroduction of mine.
