I want to host with my top level domain

Can I host with my top level domain?
My domain is shoppingcartonline.net

I have asked when I applied for the hosting, but nobody told me if it's ok or not
Then I just changed the DNS server to frihost's one, but it doesn't work after chaging it for 3 days

Please help~thanks

I do not have hosting yet but if this is like anyother site pointing the doamin to the DNS server is not enough you also must Park the domain in the control pannel hope this helps
