why does my subdomain of my site is 403 error?

why is it forbidden??

when i check the folder.. its in the private_html.. not in the public_html
can anyone help me.. how to place it to the public_html??? i mean the site will be for public.. not private..

Just move all the files from private to public using Direct Admin or FTP Smile
