Hello everybody. I am currently on the last chapter of the new book in the Rider adventures "Ark Angel" and was wondering if anyone elsereads these novels and enjoys them. They always have an unsuspecting ending.

Well I've read them all till Scorpia, where Alex dies. But you say there's another book.
yes. Horowitz has currently released a new alex rider book called "ark Angel"
Weird, is Alex not dead then?
I've read the first three. They're enjoyable, but pretty far-fetched even if you accept the 'teenage spy' bit ("Oh... let's just leave Alex at Point Blanc and endanger his life on a whim") and there's a whiff of cliché to a lot of it (Herod Sayle comparing himself to the jellyfish; characters called 'Grief' and 'Herod'). They're also a tad predictable, but I honestly don't mind that at all.
I'm going to keep reading.
