Have you tried Download.com? You would most likely have to make your program in such a way that there would be a 30 day trial and then they have to register.

Or, have you thought about giving it away? That way, if people like it, you would generate buzz for your company and go from there, or give a demo version away for free with certain features disabled and then only sell the full version...

man, am I too old school? I still use tucows.com for most of my downloads. Maybe I'm just used to it's interface and sorts.
