Learn, like most other people do. Or steal like many other people do. 
I recommend making a signature. Using one or a combination of the three will help you big time:

MS Paint
I know, I know, why MS Paint, right? Some parts of Photoshop and PSP overcomplicate the job that needs to be done, not EVERY part of a picture/image needs to be in layers and such, some things need to be kept simple which is why MS Paint is something I use in conjunction with Adobe Photoshop.

Oh yeah, just reminded me. A good combination to get the results you want would be for me personally:
Photoshop CS2
Picture It
MS Paint
Keep all of them open with a folder where your keeping everything and if your good you should be able to create to your full potential with that setup!

Ask someone to make you one in the Marketplace. Some people like lukeakadanish and Defwh are really good. Just tell them as much as you can and they should have you a nice one soon.
You can have mine, I don't think I will be in much need of it very much longer.
Check out the Auctions for custom sigs from webdesigners such as the previously mentioned DeFwh starting at 0.99 frih$!
just make your own. Everyone wants some crazy f*&#^%g signature and then you are never able to understand what they have just written. I'm not saying you can't be creative, just make sure it's legible.
