I agree FTP gives you a more variety of features, and unlike web uploading you dont have to download files one by one, with FTP you can upload folders etc.
I recommend CORE FTP Lite. That is the program I use and is working for moe fine.
I also recommend FileZilla for uploading files. It's a great software...

I too use cuteftp... but i have newer version... i have cuteftp pro 7.2..
Try it is the best one!! U can's find anything better!
