Is there any script (php, cgi, or other..) that can Moving File Between Server instantly so i dont have to download to my computer and then upload to my server.

few ftp clients support it. i remember i used dragdrop ftp to do it.
but now i just use realvnc then just transfer it like i'm using the computer in front of me. faster than remote to remote ftp, no need to have ftp server on both hosts, also more choice to transfer if i just connect with realvnc, like can use http or just open up IM (like MSN) on both pc and transfer it via IM, no need to install any kind of server software.
