Before i sign up for the forum and the hosting, i need to know how many posts/day it requires, and how much sql space we get or if its localhost, also, is the forum very active?

You need to keep your points above -20. You get a certain amount of points per each post. When you have hosting you get a point taken away each day. Really you only need to post like 10 times every 45 days.
And you get 250 all around space. Including sql email everything.

You are required to have 1 point per day for your hosting. You can get up to 4 points for a post with a maximum of 45 at the end of each day. This means you can post 1 post a day or more, leaving posting for a bit.
SQL space if part of your total 250mb
not a clue what you're trying to ask. You use localhost as the hostname in scripts and the sql server, you can't however access your site using localhost. You will have either a http://yourname.frih.net subdomain or your own domain (need to be registered elsewhere).
