I'm moving to a new TLD, can I make it point here?

polarBear
After struggling several weeks with my country's NIC I've finally managed to register for a .com.ar domain. Is there any way I can get a subdomain of it to point to my frihost account (e.g. greatstuff.mynewdomain.com.ar -> cfvergara.frihost.net)?

I guess it's more of a cpanel support instead of Frihost support, but perhaps you can help me here.

Well polarBear, it depends what exactly you want to do. If you want to redirect your domain to that subdomain, then that's possible. However, I guess it would be better if the domain would show the same as your subdomain currently does? In that case you need to add the domain as a parked domain in cpanel. You also need to change the nameserver of your domain to ns1.frihost.net and ns2.frihost.net, and this at your registrar.
