Can I upload MTV deathMatch videos into my website

Hi have a website which is hosted in frih.net
I want to upload some flv files which are all MTV deathmatch videos so that my viewers can use it.Can i upload them because nothing is mentioned in the TOC.

They are most likely copyrighted by MTV, so I guess you are legally not allowed to do that. And if it's legally (US laws) not allowed then it's certainly not allowed here.
