Just found out about FriHost yesterday. It's seems like a great concept. I've been looking for a free web host that I can do some experimenting on and test a few ideas and this site looks perfect for that, it includes all the tools I was looking for.
I'm in to play-by-post RPGs and am going to try to come up with web-site taylored toward automating many of the tasks associated with running one of these games. Looks like, with the help of FriHost, I may be able to come up with something on little to no budget.
While I've done some simple web programing in the past most of my experience is in the Visual Effects community where I create scripts and utilities to create CGI effects, hopefully I can use those skills to help me out with PHP and mySQL.
