should entrepreneurship.... be entertained at a very low age....what if a guy tries to become an entrepreneur at a very low age of say 22....should he be supported or instructed to take up a job and gain expertise and experience???????

YES! Depending on what type of business is being started, a side job may help. Possible work in that type of business for someelse to get a feel for it and establish some contacts. Good luck!
