I have searched through this forum looking for any posts about form creation without finding anything.

Does anyone have a good script they use for form creation or a howto site they can direct me to so I can learn them myself.

you can learn how to create forms by clicking here. That site also teaches alot more like php, asp, java script and everything you can think of.

After you get your form working, make it look better with a visit to A List Apart. Following this tutorial will make one pretty sexy form Wink
