I would have to say both are good, but I would go with newegg moreso.
I have used geek to get parts for cheaper that newegg might not have(such as some older parts)

I have an application that I am organizing parts for using SLI technology....2 video cards with SLI tech to run 4 monitors that run 4 different pieces of information. The caveat is that we are using TVs for monitors so we need S-video outputs in the graphic card.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

I suggest Nvidia. Go for a 6 or 7 series card for some nice graphics and s-video. I believe all of them have s-video and dvi.
