I Have a phpbb2 forum. I want to change web hosting server but i dont wanna lose any stuff or members. What must i do in order to achieve this?

You have to log on as administrator then export the database. so after you moved phpbb2 to new host and installed it there import database you exported.
export all the database and go to ur forum admin and then click backup 
then get urfiles then upload em all on to ur new host n then upload it all and export all stuff

Just login to phpmyadmin and export the phpbb databases and then inster them into your news webhost..
It's very simpel. You also can export your databases direct via phpBB admin cp.

export your database from phpmyadmin and make redirect page from old to new.
