Ok guys, I'm looking for somebody to make my site, Echo Games for me.
Echo games is about free online games, made in flash and javascript.
What I want:
A banner which clearly states Echo Games in it. It must fit in nicely with all the things around it, too.
The site:
Size:
760 px Horizontal (Centered)
*** px Height (I want it to fit itself to the content inside)
20 px padding from the top of the explorer window.
Pages:
News: Must have a bar on the left which will contain news. Must have a bar in the middle for featured games and old featured games and must have a 160 px wide bar on the right for google ads. Will serve as index.html
Games: Must have an easy way for me to add games with links to all the other games on it at the same time (I would prefer an IFrame because then I can just update that to add a new games.)
Contact Us: Contains a form with: Name, Email, TEXT and when clicked on "Send" (Or "OK" or whatever button, I'm not that fussed) it sends to the email support@echogames.net
Submit game form: Just like contact us, but also contains field for "Link"
Also include a thing so I can have http://www.echogames.net/play.php?http://www.google.com or whatever site is at the end. When you do that it will have a small 50 pixel high frame with small banner and links there.
Layout:
In a little css box (Or something similar) that is in the center and 760 px wide. The top box will have a banner and just underneath that the links. I want the colours to be centered around blue (Backgrounds) and yellow (Text). You can use multiple shades of these for different things. Don't just leave it bland and all the one colour, please.
Links:
Have them to all the pages specified before, but have news as "Home". Have them rollover so when you go over them they change to a darker shade of blue or something like that.
Please, do this soon as the site is urgent and if I feel necessary I might just kick it up to 1,100 frih$ (If I feel like it and have posted enough by then)
Also, after completing this if I need support, you have to help me (Although I probably won't need help)
Please make it easy to edit in Dreamweaver.

I'm not sure how you would do it... I never knew that. You could ask in the scripting help forum, too. I hope that that font is readable on most screens. Otherwise, full steam ahead 
Your Site Is Comepletely finished!!! Pay me whenever as i don't really care as long as i get the FRIH$ one day! Also I gave it round corners like you asked and the menu will adjust (i tested it) you can either keep that banner i put up for you or you can make your own. Also a few things...
In order to keep your website looking good don't mess with these (unless you plan to change other things along with it)
don't change the background color of the tables or the background (this is because the corners are not really round they are just images that make it appear to be round and if you change the background the corners won't match and it will look tacky....the same goes for the table background (if you change it it will look tacky))
don't change anything under the <TABLE> tags (such as cellpadding and cellspacing) this is because it will either split the images from the tables or put a square border around everthing.
Also if you are going to add more pages to the site I included a site template for you to use.

PS2: Can you do the thing I asked for where you click such as http://www.echogames.net/play.php?www.google.com I don't really get it but if you give me time and explain what you want me to do with the play.php then i could probably do it. and the php is simple. the type of php files i used are just html files saved as php files but sure i'd be glad to help whenever you need it just email me. (or PM)
Ok, play.php would be a HTML frameset file. (Since all files on this are saved as php, this one might just be as well 
)
Play2.php (or html) would be the top frame which is only 75 pixels high with a small version of banner and all of the sites links.
The bottom frame would be google because as you can see, after the question mark it is google.com http://www.echogames.net/play.php?http://www.google.com (But it would also work with any site, instead of google.com) so are you saying that you want your whole site to be in frames?
or do you want like one frame at the bottom split in two and when you click on a link or whatever on one frame it opens it up in the other?
if that's not what your talking about could you explain it more cuz i don't really understand. (or perhaps make a picture)
No, not the whole site. Only play.php so that when you go to their site there is a bar up the top with small logo and links in it. The ?*** just makes it alot easier to use because I don't need to make a new frameset for each game
oh okay now i get it....so one page is like in a frame sort of like poxyproxy or watever where it has a frame at the top or like google when you search for an image and click on it.

You've hit the mark . Yes, that is exactly what I want. Although, could you try to use those wonderful corners on it, too? i'll put the corners on! but ummm you want like a navbar at the top with the list of games and the links just open up at the bottom right? kinda like This except horizontal instead of vertical. Hmm... A dropdown list of games? I might be able to do that bit myself , but you could add one in which I can edit after, just so that there is room there for when I edit it instead of me having to get rid of stuff to put one in. I found a way to do it in HTML so it's easier to edit! (It Might Not Look As Pretty As A Java Script one although i could probably make it look better!)
Ok I just finished your little nav bar thingy. I gave it round corners like you said and it opens up in the bottom frame. you can view it here. Also if you need any help adding games or other sections let me know. And lastly you must change the urls on each thing for it to work if you can't figure it out i'll help you just send me a list of urls sorted by the genre of the game.

I could maybe try the domain.com?google.com thing. (although it might take a while due to i don't know really what to ask in the forums or search for on google. but hey if i do learn it i won't ever have to learn it again!! )
also hogwarts if you would like me to change your original mailing forms (submit and contact) into php to make it easier on the person sending it i can (without the php version it can be a hassle to people who don't have either outlook express or hotmail.)

You only have to make the list one, which just has categories and lists all downloads and one which is a template for the downloads page which has a thumbnail, link, description and title? so basically you want a page that has (in tables) a list that shows what downloads. Kinda like the game page i made you? right. if not PM me. also i still can't find the right term to ask on that php thing.

The games page almost exactly, exept it has 1 more column.
Good job The best gamers site are php-nuke. Take a look at my site that is still in delopment, but is almost finished. It is going to be a clan site for Half-Life 2. Let me know what you think and I can set something up for you. okay and also i finished the play.php?google.com thing except when putting a link do it like this:
play.php?body=http://www.google.com make sure you put the full address and put body= before it. It will soon be comepletely finished but i haven't done it yet. and the downloads page is almost finished. Thanks.

what would you like on the frame at the top of the page? (currently what there is is just a smaller version of the first banner i made.)

Small logo. Site links. Close frame button (Just copy the javascript off of the google frame button thing XD)

Once I Get Your Approval On That I Will Tweak The Design To Make It Look Alot Better. So If You Think Right Now It Looks Bad It Will Look Better After You Review It. I think that it looks good, but could you add Site Links in the bar at the top?
Also could you make the iframe higher or so that it automatically adjusts itself so that it fits multiple resolutions?a
Just a simple question, do you want the header to stay put? (also i added the site links and now the iframe stays the same height/width no matter if you change the resolution or not.) And one last thing. That Extra Downloads Table Thing....(I'll Make A Page With It In It.) What Do You Want Each Column To Say? After You Answer Those Questions It'll Be Done! also I Moved the play.php File under the echogames directory. so now the url is....
