I would love to complain about this guy and how stupid he is for filing this lawsuit, but then I remembered that he also has an attorney. If a judge doesn't throw this out immediately, then I may lose some of my small remaining faith in the system of law in this country.

You have got to flippin be kidding me ... sad thing is, he'll probably win. Gee, I'm surprised that he didn't name his parents in the suit to boot.
Now excuse me while I drag a deceased cartoon magazine illustrator's butt into court for having the audacity to share my name.
He's just trying to draw attention - he can't be expecting a billion dollars from a person cause of how they look.
Well who knows, Michael's a good man. He may just feel really bad for this other guy and give him some pocket change (10 million) and it will all be over.
But this whole lawsuits rediculous. Like seriously not our fault you dont shave your head, or attempt to NOT look like him. Hell I'd be ecstatic if I looked like someone that notorious. idiot...
Mike should sue him for impersonation.
Stupid.
Can I sue him for distress, as cases like this really irritate me?! I think I've got good grounds for a million dollar lawsuit!
Perhaps we should file a class action suit against both fellows.
And that, my friends, is the American legal system in its finest... rather, the American drive for what? Money!
No my fuzzy little friend. This is a fundamental part of our legal system. If you got canned from your job at KFC for being a Jesus freak, what would you do, call the police? Nope, you would have to sue their kitchen fresh fried tails.
It is important for enforcing all these silly little rights we have that are such a difficult thing to enforce. In this case, the guy must have issues but regardless, it is important. Bringing a law suit is not greedy, in mechanism anyway.
Anyway, if you dont like law suits stay the hell out of the corporate world.
he must be too carzy about money or maybe just stuck into some debt and try to get himself out of it.
i doubt his motivation to rase that case.
This is all over nothing. I believe that the case was dimissed or resolved out of court in a private settlement.
What a lot of silly nonsense.
If this man really didn't want to be mistaken then why not do something to alter his appearance, such as not shaving his head or perhaps not wearing the earring.
Some people make a fortune out of being celebrity look-alikes and yet he wants to sue over it.
This is one more example of how ridiculous society has become.
Yeah lawsuits aren't all bad they do protect freedoms and enforce some of the finer aspects of civil law but it is up to judges to apply common sense and throw out frivolous cases that are a waste of the courts time and taxpayer's money, easier said than done though.
Sign me up for that class action.
Now thats farfetched, Even a person suing for Injuries on someones property would never be able to claim that much, Even if they tried to the judge would just lower it down to the medical cost and any related cost related to her future psychiatric care (If she was traumatized) ect.
But this lawsuit isnt half as strange as the one where this shoplifter sued a store and it's security guards for catching him when he was out of the store.
...Guess these people just need the attention.
Take it from me, He should have taking it as a compliment (Or even go on a mischievous spree.)
That's great. Why can't they offer better legal services for the people who cant afford it rather than letting jackasses like that guy make a joke of the system?
