I am expecting a death figure of well over 300 
Just a note that everyone in my family are safe. That is really very tragic. My thought and prayers go out to all the victims and injured and their families.
I hope the culprits behind the attacks will be apprehended soon...

Indian security agencies havent confirmed anything yet. However, it is obviously done by a well organised terrorist organisations. India has been a victim of terrorsit attacks regularly. Our parliament was attacked, temples were bombed, market places bombed, emminent scientists killed etc etc. In all of those occasions it was done by terrorist groups sponsored by/based in Pakistan.

From what I've read on this forum, India is as close to a great country as you can get in this day and age. Why would (I'm guessing) terrorists want to (keep?) attack(ing) YOU?

Also, there were another 6 blasts in srinagar, in J & K.
People dont seem to bother about J & K because there is a blast there, every alternate day

We all feel sorry for them too. Its just that blasts in Mumbai will always have a bigger impact than in Srinagar.

Yes. Eight people were killed in the grenade attacks there earlier on the same day! Those attacks were carried out by Lashkar (LET), which is based in Pakistan.
The death toll in Mumbai incident has crossed 190.
Babu, it is indeed 8. In one station there were 2 bombs.there were totallt 7 bomb blasts in mumbai
in srinagar there were 5 grenade attacks in which 8 people were killed.
total death toll in mujmbai blasts has crossed 200 (officially). although the unofficial sources claim the death toll to be well above 400.

I know above donation was in the name of Earthquake relief, but everybody knows what Pakistan does with aids it receives.
I think we are the only nation in the world, which donates to killers of its countrymen. This is just horrible!

Yes. Islamic terrorists had help from Pakistan's ISI and LeT agencies for the Mumbai blasts.
But that's not the end, sadly. With help from Dubai 'charity' organisations, Bangladesh and Pakistan, several more blasts and acts of terrorism are apparently being planned right now, intelligence agencies have reported. Money has started to pour in for these terrorists (especially from Dubai), and they've started major local recruitments. This wont happen until Pakistan becomes a direct threat to USA.
USA dosent care if we die here, because of Pak sponsored terrorism, until it affects them. As you said we have been suffering terror strikes for the last 15 years, but what happened, nothing until 9/11 happened.
Unfortunately another 9/11 might be required before USA realizes its time to take action against Pak. (I hope they start taking action before one more innocent is killed)
Personally I would like our Govt to take lead a military offensive against Pakistan.dam Pakistanis..... India now have concrete evidence that the blasts were backed by a failed Islamic terrorist nation.....
And as stated by hunnyhiteshseth, India gave $25 million gift to pakistan for the victims of the October earthquake... It is a misery that we sponser the killings of our own countrymen.... Pakistan will not be using this money to help the needy but to buy arms and train terrorists to carry out terrorists activities in India.....
The world and most importantly Indian authorities should realize that this is enough now........ whay the hell are we giving them gifts to get bomb blasts in return.... There should be some concrete action now....... we have fought 3 wars with them and if this happens again.... It is going to be last for them.....
Also the world and the most powerful country should realize that funding and providing Pakistan with arms is not goving to solve any purpose but to help terrorism........ who knows if the F-16s given to Pakistan may land up on its own buildings one day........
I salute the people of Mumbai, who came out in great numbers to help those who were effected by the blasts..... The whole city was back to normal within hours..... Its all in the spirit of Mumbai.....

Well India ir for that matter any nation in such situtaions dosent give money directly to the country, but to UN which undertakes the whole task of rehabilitation with local agencies.

May be I am ignorant on this..... But the article does not state that money is given to UN instead Pakistan and Indian officials signed the memorandum....there are enough evidences for the support of terrorism by Pakistan. Musharaff once even offered to show up terrorists if proper evidence was given. When they were given, Pakistanis neglected it stating the evidences were insufficient. This latest 7blasts is one more of the annoyances. A war between India and pakistan could almost mean risking a world war. Atleast nuclear weapons seem to be out of range.

Even I would like this, but this time we should not stop till jammu & Kashmir but capture whole pakistan & not let them raise their head again
The proof that Pakistan is giving money to terorists, instead of helping its people lies in the fact that the people in Pakistan are still living in miserable conditions.I certainly dont agree with the fact that Pakistan is supporting terror at the expense of its people. I think for them their people are more important than terrorisim. (Or maybe this is my Optimism)
State sponsored dosent necessarily mean giving just financial aid, but supporting their activities and also helping them thrive. I mean they have abundant land to use, and Intelligence support.
Yes there was a time when Pakistan was giving all kinds of aid. But now I think all these terror orgnizations are self funded and only place i think they are spending money is on Intelligence and stuff (which will cost a bomb always)

again it took political turn and shiv sainiks halted mumbai for 1 complete day distroying public properties and t\stopping trains.
then this blasts occured .
again there are fingers pointing to abu azmi.. and simi group a local muslim students orgam\nisation. linked with lashkar militant group pakistan.........
Then up cheif minister mulayam singh says that simi is innocent when the police has concrete proofs against simi. he was helding press conference with simi cheif .
again after 18 days of investigation politicians are blaming each other for the blasts.
this is disgustfull
