Hi RicTee,
Well throughout the internet you will find that it is recomended to delete these accounts.
These accounts are used by the following services:
RemoteAssistance
Help and Support
If you don't invite people from distance to offer you remote assistance (which you shouldn't I propose) then delete these accounts via following commands

Net user HelpAssistant /del
Net user Support_388945a0 /del

There is a handy little program called XP-Antispy, i have not used this recently but apparently it can turn off the hidden 'guest' acount and also many other 'Hidden' features which allow windows XP to 'call home' it may be of help to you.
